I'm trying to figure out what point I'm trying to make.
Storm Shadows have been used on three occasions at least, some over a year ago:
- Black Sea fleet HQ (thanks @crookie )
- submarine plus something in dry dock in Crimea
- bridge in Kherson region
I'm sure there would have been some wordy...
Ok, there was this, another bridge, in Kherson region

My memory may be wrong here...it wouldn't be the first time: but, weren't Storm Shadows used many months ago for Ukrainian attacks (hits too) on the Kerch Bridge🤔.
If so...what escalation?
Not sure about ours but much (most??) of American missiles, ATACMS etc, have been donated, because they were earmarked for expensive decommissioning, due to shelf life. So, in reality, the US money is actually paid to US defence companies to replace for the US.
It's really not represented well...
Interesting change of tack. Zelenskiy on Fox news, a key Republican news channel: 14.45 approx.
Lindsey Graham advocates for Ukraine by talking about the value of resources/rare earth materials in Ukraine (and not defending democracy). As Jake says, this is how to get the attention of MAGA. It's...
The west/Ukraine are not escalating IMO, they are just using available means to defend themselves.
Russia has escalated numerous times. Russia commits war crimes DAILY by targeting apartments, hospitals, power station, and just by indiscriminate bombing.
I would actually like the west/Ukraine to draw some red lines: eg 'the next time you hit a hospital or an apartment block... the Kerch bridge is coming down. It's your choice '.
That sort of thing.
I didn't see it as an intrusion, and I agree with the rest of your post, and it's pretty clear that regular posters on here are not experts and don't pretend to be.
I just didn't think that idea would work - and no, I don't know what will work - my apologies for replying.
