It certainly passes the keto test of being low carb (sugar).
When I started looking into keto earlier this year, I put a little table together of which veg I could eat if I was to follow a keto diet. In broad terms that was anything that had no more than 5g of net carbs per 100g. So 3% would be...
@Weststander was referring to the 10% full fat Greek yoghurt that I mentioned I had in Greece. We both agree that low fat/fat free is a big no no for the reasons you stated (y)
Whatever the other chap said, he had his arms by his side. The first punch from Amesbury is bad enough. But to follow it up as he did with other punches while the chap was on the floor - and possibly a kick - he absolutely needs to see some jail time.
My sugar addiction is purely chocolate. I’ve been doing pretty well the last 5/6 months - with the occasional lapse which I quickly correct. It’s worth reading up on Dr Michael Mosley’s approach including intermittent fasting and HIIT.
My main exercise is walking as I had to give up running...
Spot on ... as I've mentioned in one of the other similar threads, it's sugar, carbs and processed foods that's the big issue. If you can cut those out, you're more than half way there. On a recent holiday in Greece I found 10% fat Greek yoghurt. It was amazing and I had it most days with lovely...
Fine if the actual season ticket holder is prepared to take the risk - albeit a very small one - that the club don’t suspect and do an ID check. But if they did the season ticket holder would loose that season ticket and no doubt get a ban. Worth it when there are legit ways of sharing??
You are forgetting that it's now a requirement that clubs know who is attending. Hence the process that's in place - not just the Albion, but other clubs too.
Anyway, as usual we all just go round and round in circles on this one ... so I'm out.
You can pay £20 a season to cover as many games as you like to pass tickets to MyAlbion+ members. Or pay a small fee per game after the first free one.
1901 pay for that privilege and have to take responsibility for their guests. If your work colleagues etc were MyAlbion+ members, you could transfer to them. There is a process to allow you to do that - and cheaper than 1901 option.
Yes, it's illegal - unless you follow the terms laid out by the club(s) - in order to comply with the 1994 Act.
I'm not 1901 - so assume I'm one of those 'core' supporters you've mentioned. I was away on holiday for the Forest game and transferred my season ticket legally to my son following...
Why is it a drag?
I have a single ST and have listed it on the exchange 3/4 times in recent times when I've not been able to go and one of my sons - who have MyAlbion+ membership - are unable to go. It's sold every game - and I'm not talking about big Category A games.
It seems others have...
