Agreed, it's certainly not pretty. I found this to be the quickest and simplest route when I saw Taylor Swift at Anfield earlier this year and needed to get back to Lime Street after the gig to catch last train to West Kirby where my Airbnb was (y)
Where did I say it's a Worthing specific issue  I regularly see police announce dispersal orders for Worthing town centre and surrounding areas. I was just adding to the comments about how things are in Worthing these days.
Regularly see reports of anti social behaviour in Worthing - especially around the area where McDonald's is.
This was a shocking incident last year - https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/23891938.worthing-mcdonalds-knife-attack-teenagers-sentenced/
And have seen issues at Worthing train station...
I was in Worthing for a dentist appointment yesterday. Had caught the train in and was a little early - so got a few steps in walking around the shopping area. Walked past Greggs … a chap came out with a pastie. He took one bite and that was it. Bloody seagull swooped down and took it straight...
Our go to place for the cinema these days. We’ve got two more booked coming up. One cost £11 and the other £9 - for 2 of us 👍
Err ... just realised it's the Connaught we go to. Great there are two decent options in Worthing for movies at great value prices. You can keep places like the Odeon in...
That’s basically the point I was trying to make. Trying to be helpful to those that might just seek out low fat products thinking they must be more healthy. But I failed to dot all the i’s and cross the t’s for @Triggaaar and therefore I was spreading misinformation.
That’s your take … because of one product you have. I didn’t realise it was necessary to caveat every comment on here. I say again that many low fat products have either added sugar or are highly processed foods. So it’s something people should be aware of. Not all foods promoted as low fat are...
If you read my comments on this thread, I have mainly been talking about Keto and how it works. And it is absolutely true that many (not all) low/no fat products have added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I can't remember me saying anywhere that the 0% Fage yoghurt is unhealthy or high sugar...
Nothing 'wrong' with it ... it just doesn't work for someone following a keto diet where 70/80% of your daily calorie intake should be fat.
If you're not following a keto diet then it's a good option ... other than it won't taste as good as a lovely creamy full fat Greek yoghurt 😜
My understanding is there was an amnesty a few years ago where they allowed a transfer of ownership so that the person named on the season ticket was the person using it (as opposed to a deceased relative for example). That option no longer exists.
We get Stagecoach 700 from Shoreham into Brighton - so a Brighton DayRider @ £5 will be the way to go if making a return journey. But I wonder how many might be caught out and pay the £3 each way. Hopefully the bus drivers will remind people of the DayRider option.
I guess those making much...
I'm giving blood on 1st November - which means I'll be eating a couple of orange club biscuits after as part of my recovery :p Hopefully they'll be offset my the calorie deficit from donating a pint of red stuff and the body having to generate new blood cells.
That’s a really good point and fibre is important - so it just takes a bit of planning when going down the keto route.
This has some useful info …
