I was actually commenting on the latest even greater heightened delusion that our friends up the road are experiencing this close season.....you would have thought it would be difficult but they have somehow managed to reach those heights.....it’s a long hard fall down
I can’t think of a scenario where someone was able to get a ticket for today but not be able to get one for the semi final assuming 30,000 tickets.....
Unfortunately the big games against the likes of man united seem to attract a fair few JCL’s and day trippers.......I have never seen the three blokes who were giving out the abuse to Bong ever at an away game.....
If you are after a ticket and live 5 minutes from the ground i would hover around the away end entrance if i were you....you will almost always have someone selling a ticket for someone in their party who has not been able to make the game.......I have never failed to get a ticket in this manner...
Just wait until February 2019 when the Brighton to London line is closed for 9 (NINE) full days in a row and will be operating a rail replacement service
I was on the first and last train to make it to Waterloo this morning before chaos struck.....that was the 5.29am train......the next train...
The new ground factor is certainly key - im heading up this weekend for that exact reason.....glad only going from the capital though and don’t have to endure the rail replacement bus which really is the pits if travelling up from the south coast
You have a strange pre-match ritual then....
Watford away - i tend to try to get to a pub for breakfast around Euston usually for around 10.30am and then enjoy a few beers there before jumping on the train to Watford.....although on a day like today the Golden Lion in Watford would be glorious...
