Can I ask how some of your group have spares ??
Isn’t that part of the problem, people bulk buying tickets ?
I’m not sure groups of die hard Worthing fans making sure other die hard Worthing fans have tickets is quite as bad as somebody who has been to Woodside Road once (or not at all)...
I suppose the problem with priority windows is the fact that they’ll be a sizeable chunk of people who POTD. If they’ve held tickets back for people who can’t pay online, that would suggest to me that there’s a decent chunk of fans in that category. Probably fairer, but it’ll still cause issues...
Feel sorry for the Worthing fans who go all the time but haven't managed to secure tickets.
People who have never been to a Worthing game in their life and are just jumping on the bandwagon now moaning about not getting a ticket is really, really funny though
The Swansea side was largely a bunch of kids that Potter got performing above their means. Rosenior has been backed a lot at Hull.
He might be a good manager one day, but he’s streets behind Potter currently.
Kit manufacturers take the majority of profit from kit sales. Unless every person in Japan buys 20 kits each it’s not going to make a difference to transfers.
I’m in the bizarre position where a small part of me is worried that I’ll miss out on a ticket to a Worthing game, even if I get on to the ticket site as soon as they go on sale.
Damn all these bandwagon jumpers*
*Says somebody who jumped on the bandwagon fairly recently.
Two home wins required for Worthing.
Anyway, I’m at Bognor v Folkestone, Folkestone chairman put his card behind the bar. Unlimited tab. Death isn’t very far away. Christ I’m gone.
I remember reading a book by Dara O’Briain where he talks about why St George’s day can’t compete with St Patrick’s day. In his opinion it’s because Ireland is a very religious country and Paddy’s day falls in the middle of Lent.
It basically became a day where people would break their good...
For those getting in to the games:
Fallout 3 & 4 are good games, which I have sunk many hours in to.
Fallout New Vegas might be the best game ever made.
Fallout 76 is… look, just don’t play it okay.
Thought the Cornfield Garage in Eastbourne seemed pretty nice on Thursday. Then again it was Pub 13 which probably helped :lolol: A quick google shows my memory being pretty spot on though.
Hamilton Hall in London and The Velvet Coaster in Blackpool are both decent too. The Velvet Coaster in...
People are free to dislike whatever they like, I just think trying to justify their snobbery/disdain as some big political stand is laughably transparent. I don't think this forum would be full of people talking about their brave boycott of the Brexit loving Next/Unilever if there was ever a...
FWIW I’d never want to spend an entire session in ‘Spoons, but for a place to start or end a crawl it’s pretty much perfect.
Went out for a few drinks in Eastbourne with some mates last week. Spent most of the day spending about £26 a round for the four of us. We then went to Wetherspoons and...
It’s amazing what weird moral crusades people take.
I know people who won’t drink in ‘Spoons but will happily scoff Nestlé products and buy a new iPhone packed with cobalt every year despite both companies being guilty of a lot more than having a different opinion on Brexit.
Been a quite frankly ridiculous year for UK so far with really good projects from Potter Paper, Ghetts, Unknown T, Jimmy, Rimzee, Songer & Marnz Malone*
Highlight for me though is Marnz recording a very solid verse from his jail cell, only for Potter to drop one of the verses of the year...
