To be fair to RDZ, not many coaches give it 40 apps to an 18-19 year old in a team challenging for Europe. You could argue that those 40 Premier League appearances under him may have helped him develop into the player he is today...
I'd say October 22 to October 23 were amazing times under de Zerbi, and the football was some of the best I've seen but from November 23 to May 24 was absolute dross in the league (losing 0-4 to Luton, for God's sake). He was only here 18 months, of which 2/3 was insane, amazing, enthralling...
As much as I'm willing Enciso to reach his pre-injury levels, at their current respective trajectories I expect Facundo to take Enciso's spot in the squad next season
You think we'd reduce our chances of winning away at a Newcastle by not playing our 2nd most expensive signing ever because of a gentleman's agreement?
McCLaren is one of them still with Jamaica. Plus, Liam Rosenior and Will Still are doing well in France. Steven Gerrard is moping about in Saudi Arabia
This is true, but also bear in mind that during the last Trump administration we were all living through the pandemic and it's impact, the May and Johnson governments, the Brexit withdrawal farce... Everything was going down the toilet during that point, particularly in the UK.
It looks like I'm in a minority here, but I genuinely couldn't care less about the nationality of the England manager. I am 100% an England fan at major tournaments and nothing in between. So as long as the manager makes England do well in those tournaments, great.
Having a German as a manager...
I said it before and I'll say it again, Trump's first order of business will be to destroy his enemies. He views being President as being akin to a Mafia kingpin. If he gets in, I genuinely think Democrats are in serious danger.
My problem isn't that they're vegan, it's that they're dark chocolate. I defy anyone to be able to tell the difference between a vegan dark chocolate KitKat and an regular dark chocolate KitKat.
Giving the ball away here:
1 second later, we're in this position with 6 defenders:
He gave the ball away, sure, but my bigger problem is how they scored with more than half the team behind the ball
Agreed. He's one of those players that I genuinely think it's impossible to dislike. Even before he started playing for us, you can just tell that he's a great guy to have in and around the squad and I suspect that he'll end up being a real fan favourite over time.
This was always inevitable. After 13 years of constant degeneration, the country was always going to have a new government that needed to course correct. Sadly, people have such short memories that the next government after this was was always likely to be Conservative again
