Hi guys, sorry to intrude at a sensitive time and all that but I was wondering.......
Do any of you have relatives remembered on the Brighton War Memorial at The old stein gardens.
I am planning a journey to France this summer to visit my Greatgrandfathers war grave at the Hargicourt British...
I went to Luton when Crawley played them a couple of years ago.I though the town made Crawley look like Henley on Thames.
It was a mid week game on a cold winters evening, and we won the match in the last minute. The locals were far from pleased,no wonder, they knew another year in non legue...
If you want a tasty high quality super food packed with amino acids and worldly goodness then get yourself some quinoa.
Quinoa has been eaten by humans for 5000 years and is proven.
I make quinoa and add a little evaporated milk,it's just like rice pudding but extremely good for you.
He knows **** all about anywhere,he wouldn't though,he comes from Haywards Heath.
He actually thinks council estates are unfortunate,Blimey,he must be fortunate because he certainly wouldn't last 5 minutes on one with his attitude.
I note that you live in Haywards Heath.I work in Haywards Heath a couple of times a month and it is a very nice place. But **** me it's boring.I would be utterly embarrassed to tell people I come from Haywards Heath. It just has nothing about the place at all,no grit,no characters,no rough...
What is that old saying "Build it and they will come"
Building the Amex stadium has certainly helped Brighton attract thousands more through the turnstiles.
The stadium looks impressive, and I always have a good look at it when driving past.It certainly has a nice vibe and an aura about...
The pub in Bewbush was called the Dorsten(not Dalston)and was pretty darn rough. It was closed and eventually knocked down a few years ago now, much to the relief of people on the estate who lived nearby and of course the police.
The Samual Johnson is in Langley Green and I haven't been in there...
I hear the Downsman is good and worth a trip not sure about the grasshopper though.
I don't think they are two of the worst pubs though, the grasshopper or formally the Hoppers could be a nightmare on a Friday and Saturday night, but I believe has calmed down since the Indian owners took over.
At the moment we are averaging 2800 home supporters with another 1000 on top who pop in now and then depending on who we are playing.
I reckon we could see the American owners who run Gatwick Airport getting involved.
Afterall Gatwick Airport is part of the Borough of Crawley.
I suggest a trip to Asda or Broadfield Barton.
Last week in the Crawley News they did a feature on a junior school where over 60 different languages were spoken by the kids.
By the way,if any of you want decent Indian food then Crawley has to be the best in Sussex for choice and quality.
The...
The date of that is from 2001.
The demographics have changed dramatically in 12 years.
The latest research shows Crawley having 78% of the population being White British.
Of course, we have always had a large aian population, and like most of the rest of the county the last 5 years has seen a...
Sounds like you are the clown.
Crawley Town have done some excellent business in the transfer market, sorry if that hits a nerve with you and your "Billy big bollocks "attitude.I mean, heaven forbid,a club getting as much money for their players as possible, why they didn't contact you and ask what...
When Crawley played up at Millwall a few weeks ago we went to Borough Market. It has great pubs ,great places to eat and has a great vibe about the place.
It's just a few minutes walk from London Bridge too.
The ref was crap.
But in all honestly the whole bloody match was.We are better then that(i think:down:)
If you wasted a tiny bit of your life watching today im sorry.
My Mrs and her mate went to the market at Brighton race course on Sunday morning.
Never has she seen so many fat and ugly people converged in one place.
Needless to say she got out of there pretty quick.
Crowd was slightly disappointing, the club made this match all ticket on the advice of sussex police and so you couldn't just turn up on the night and pay, which was a crazy decision and wouldn't have helped with the gate.
We also have 4 games in a row coming up at home if you include last...
