Because I would hate to think that certain sections of the club are working against each other. If Mark McGhee has found a player to sign and Dick Knight decides that he isn't going to sign him. Would he possibly deliberately not answer his phone ?

Junior, I have it on very good authority that people were trying to get hold of Dick Knight on the afternoon of the the transfer deadline to try and sign a player and they couldn't get hold of Mr knight. I also hope this is rubbish.

Was he any good then Race ?

I blame Dick Knight, Beachy.

He has got very limited resources and is doing the best he can with what he has available. He keeps shuffling the pack to try and get a formula that will work. However his hands are tied. Admitted some of his signings have been strange and not worked out, but overall with what he has to work...

With the players available I can't argue with that. Might have El Abd at right back instead of Reid or even at centre back instead of Butters.

I blame Mark McGhee he has a similar problem.

Footballers and school children are very similar except footballers get paid for acting like school kids.

I've read it but don't agree. I know it all about opinions. But with the players he has available and the state of the club I wouldn't expect anything else. If we stay up by 1 point or goal difference again then I think it would be a miracle. I don't see anyone else being able to do any better.

But left as soon as a "better" offer came along as an assistant manager and that was now 4 seasons ago. Things have to move on as Micky has done.

Did Micky keep us up in the Championship ? or take us there ?
