Thanks that’s interesting. As you say, some NATO members are nearer to Murmansk than Ukraine though I’m not sure they would stage/host such an attack currently. Which means, if launched from Ukraine, the drones would have travelled undetected across Russia for several hundred miles. More likely...
I was in the North Stand that day and, as others have said, it was scary. The fighting resulted in a crush at the front of the stand as supporters tried to get away. It was frightening but fortunately there were no perimeter fences so there was an escape route on to the pitch.
Ukraine has stopped Lukoil exports to Hungary and Slovakia. Surprised it wasn’t stopped before but apparently there was a sanctions exemption for them. They’ll now have to seek a significant chunk of their oil from elsewhere - which is probably what they should have done previously.
I’m over 55. First went to doctor re tinnitus 3 years ago. Referred to audiology but no action deemed necessary at that time. I went back to doctor in April to say it’s got worse and I’m having hearing aids fitted next month. Seems like a pretty good service to me
I’ve not had them fitted yet but they reckon they will help reduce the impact of tinnitus. In your situation I’d imagine that it would be best to watch the Dockers without your aids - given your robust support!
I suffer increasingly from tinnitus and will soon have hearing aids on NHS. Thought I’d try that first before private. Maybe we should all meet and shout out our experiences to each other
Thanks for posting that. I was at the match and didn’t have a clue on our line up. Very impressed with the overall performance but 3, 7, 10 and 11 stood out for me particularly in the first half.
