Yeah it's a strange argument to say we had more games. Even the travel is not that bad. Isn't Amsterdam closer than some northern EPL teams? Or at least not significantly different.

Maybe. But I suspect it won't happen until the second half of the season. We are also a little lacking in depth at center back unless one of the kids comes through well. Right back is still an issue depth wise unless Lamptey stays fit.

We have been looking increasingly defensively fragile over the last few seasons. I don't see anything to see that changing. I think we will struggle (compared with recent seasons anyway). We may flirt with being pulled into the relegation battle but will ease away from it.

Let me ask it in a different way then since you and everyone keep bringing it up: what about Gross and his play and fitness in any way indicates he is close to the end of his career? He covers huge distances, is super fit and still performs as highly as ever. The 33 part is irrelevant.

This seems to be massively overlooked. He has at least 5 years left in him so we are not selling a player at the end of his carrer by any stretch of the imagination. Plus he has huge potential as a future coach which we miss

I never said I had an issue with the adds. I even stated that I understand the need for them.

Oh I am not complaining about adds here in general don't get me wrong. The Hulu one that keeps popping up after removing it is particularly annoying though.

The one at the bottom you can remove. But it appears again after maybe 30s to a min.

Before you all start: I know they are important for revenue etc etc. My question is have they always been this intrusive and has it got worse recently? The constant reappearing pop-up one is particularly annoying. Often you can only see a couple of threads per screen.

These Nike mullet shirts are awful. Brighton at the front, Leeds at the back. Why? Just make stripes all around looks far far better that way.

I don't think it's a different strategy at all. It's just a good market for us at the moment and we can take advantage.
