Just peeked at the thread, but watching Strictly too. My parents died in 2011 and I find it comforting and comfortable watching something they watched. I'm also loving watching a blind man dance, not to mention his great one liners.
I went to the security test night with half capacity crowd to test everything. Not sure if that's the same as the preview night. Basically doing the full show with an audience to check how everything works. My son lives 5min from the Arena so we got free tickets. Amazing night, avatars, band...
Oh dear. So your comments are rooted in envy. Literally millions aren't able to do a lot of things throughout their lives, because we aren't all equal.
I agree Labour is about the working man. I just don't understand why 24 hrs after the working man retires, he shifts to become a target to grab all he has worked and planned for while working and instantly derided as a pensioner, or worse still a boomer. Whilst still probably being a retired...
Must admit, I think this Government thinks comfortable is also a Bad Thing. The luxury ones will always enjoy luxury. But the comfortable ones will be forced to reduce their comforts. Not sure why this is beneficial to anybody.
