Parents have been blamed in many posts on here, I’m sure most kids would rather be enjoying themselves in a park or on the pier rather than being dragged along to the pub so their parents can drink
Just been looking at old photos of Churchill Square and that photo doesn’t look like it’s taken there.
Behind the drum there is a round planter, I couldn’t see that in any old photos
Doesn’t feel like being in a pub, yes I know it’s an old station waiting room and that’s exactly what it feels like but with a bar. Had to ask the bar staff for a key to visit the toilet on the platform.
I haven’t been in there for a few years but wasn’t really impressed.

Slightly confused here or missing point.
I don’t really go to pubs that much since I stopped drinking but if I was having a quiet (soft) drink and chat in a pub in the evening I wouldn’t want kids dominating the place, especially when many seem to scream very loudly every 2 minutes.
Obviously if it was a Brewers Fayre type of happy...
