Whilst I accept the 'shambles' is my input, he clearly feels that this IS a big gamble costing small businesses and only time will tell if it pays off.

Ones around us were subtle and respectful.
The only spanners were the ones in the wrong seats/section....caused much confusion and recalculation of our scrambled seating requirements.
They did move on when this error was pointed out though.
Wow, just seen the pics of those queues. We held back and had a couple on the concourse, headed down and took about 5/10 mins to get on board westbound. The queues east were MASSIVE.
Must be a better system, anyone would think Barbs OBE controlled such matters so you stayed behind for a couple.
