Having started a thread about stroppy perma-sick-looking cry-baby Leandro Trossard, I thought I'd bump this thread - regarding a player who is the exact opposite, has had some rough times in his career and even here was being slaughtered at the arse end of last season.
As usual, he's just got...
I wouldn't disagree that Martinelli isn't the player he was, but Arteta's reluctance to change that despite having the services of Trossard to call upon speaks volumes.
Ooh, so close.
It ends up with Trossard starting for once, being completely anonymous and the good guys winning 3-0, the final goal as a result of Trossard losing the ball.
He certainly is. That's why he's at a top 3 club - where the competition for places is exceptionally fierce. Should be starting though? Not sure about that when Martinelli is in that squad.
We should remember he is a wonderful player on his day but there are also days when he is unbelievably...
Brentford will probably get £20m for him, with Mudryk going the other way.
We'll then see the Mudryk that Chelsea thought they were buying. i.e. half decent. What with Chelsea being the absolute muglets that they are.
Anyone else enjoying the sick fella's cry-baby antics at the weekend? Refusing to celebrate because he doesn't get enough starts. Pmsl.
I see Arteta is still lying to himself and the media that this is all good and what a professional he is for scoring a goal despite being unhappy. So what...
Yes that is true. But the fact is, when he moved to Rangers he immediately looked like arguably the best defender in the league. Here, he was one of three who could have been permed in and out of the side, and crucially that was as a Championship side.
Average? The word you are looking for is "shite".
And it's not just strikers. Connor Goldson moved to Rangers after falling to third (maybe 4th?) in our centre back pecking order when we were only a Championship side. He immediately looked world class in Glasgow and is still there.
Says it...
Sigh. Crawley has a few hideous buildings but is not half as ugly as it was in the 80s as things have been rebuilt and changed.
I can think of a few Sussex places I think are worse, but am not going to post them on here because I'm not out to offend anyone. And neither should you be, as we...
I have far more trust in our recruitment than what 200 random Celtic fans say on a message board, although it is good that on this occasion they are in agreement.
The problem with fans of Monkey Tennis League clubs is that they are watching crap football every week. This wasn't always the case...
I think I needed to refresh my cache as E1I was previously showing as closed but is now open. They've clearly opened the south half of E1H and also the whole of E1I just this morning. The whole lower bowl is going to be open (and probably sold out by kick off) with very little segregation space.
Interestingly, on this thread you have consistently stated there are more tickets available than I have been able to see. Where do you get your numbers from? I go to the ticket site and count availability from the blocks that are open (currently numbering 109)
Clearly not happening at this late stage. I thought they would open the ESU if sales had been quicker before the Man Utd game but what they have done is release blocks at either side of the away section. Those to the west of the away end are completely sold out and E1H (which was only half...
Cheers K.
It's just fking unbelievable isn't it? Look at the state of our squad. How the hell does a club like ours genuinely compete with Villa, West Ham never mind Arsenal, Man U or Chelsea. And yet we do. We really really do.
