I believe this was taken at the Goldstone in either the 1921/22 or 1922/23 season.

The gentleman in the military uniform in the second row, a couple in from the left, is my great-grandfather. :)

I was at Woking for the cup game in ‘83’(?) with a mate when the Woking fans sang “You’ve got more hats than us, Bri-ighton, Bri-ighton.” This photo from many years before would tend to support that theory.

This is a long shot but the first pic reminded me of an evening game in the early or mid 70's when there was a woman having a bath in one of the houses near the right hand corner by the South Stand. She was silhouetted in the window and there was quite a commotion in the crowd. There may even have been a few chants. I was in the Grandstand so had a clear view of the event. Does anyone else remember that?

I'm in the middle of the East terrace with my Dad!

Me too, only without my Dad. Was with school friends that day. Remember the Rovers fans throwing coins?!

I reckon that is as the FA Cup 1st round tie against Hayes on November 14 1992 is about to kick off.

Possibly, I thought Stoke City but the away end was full that day.

The lights may be on because the match against Hayes was played in a prolonged downpour. I got soaked in the chicken run that afternoon.
