Hang on - is he calling all fans individually now because I haven't received a call? I need to be reassured on all manner of things. What have I done wrong - Joel OUT!Me too, a week or two back. Totally reassuring.
He’s only calling super fans, so it might be thatHang on - is he calling all fans individually now because I haven't received a call? I need to be reassured on all manner of things. What have I done wrong - Joel OUT!
He normally covers when Tony or Paul are too busy to call me.Hang on - is he calling all fans individually now because I haven't received a call? I need to be reassured on all manner of things. What have I done wrong - Joel OUT!
I’m ruling out a football banning orderHad a call from Joel today, what a fantastic guy, he really is a credit to the club.
Apparently Chelsea, we said we wanted £80m, but they held out for £90mAlex Crook reported today there is a lot of interest in Joel although he believes Brighton’s stance is he’s not for sale and they see him as big part of the clubs future.
With all today's vomit inducing hullabaloo surely Joel is going to hold out for the supporter services gig at United's ' Circus of Dreams ' . Although the lack of a free lunch could be a sticking point!Apparently Chelsea, we said we wanted £80m, but they held out for £90m
While it’s gratifying to hear that Joel is handling the fallout well, and kudos to him, it’s pretty disturbing that the club’s systems allow them to sell a season ticket seat in a way that isn’t “deliberate”.He’s only calling super fans, so it might be that
No I had a really bizarre thing happen at the Fulham game, went into the stadium as normal, up to my season ticket seat to find someone sat there, compared the tickets and sure enough it was exactly the same as mine, so somehow they’d double sold my seat and yet we both got access to the stadium.
The stewards were great, took all the details and said they get someone to look into it whilst finding the chap another seat close by.
Then sure enough a call from Joel to let me know they were looking into it, and to reassure me they hadn’t resold my seat deliberately.
A bizarre situation but the club have dealt with it pretty well to be fair.
Wouldn’t happen in league ONE.While it’s gratifying to hear that Joel is handling the fallout well, and kudos to him, it’s pretty disturbing that the club’s systems allow them to sell a season ticket seat in a way that isn’t “deliberate”.
Surely someone must have over ridden a system warning that said ‘umm, you sure? You do realise that seat has already been sold, don’t you?’ If such a warning doesn’t come up, then that’s a pretty major flaw! Allowing a human to override such a warning is, err, weird, isn’t it?
No! He's my cousin, I am Spartacus. He's my cousin, and we often go to games together inc. Rome. He is a great lad and he'll be chuffed to bits as well as humbled. I'll point him in the direction of this thread.
Yeah it’s really strange, they also miss sold my mates seat next to me but the system stopped him entering !While it’s gratifying to hear that Joel is handling the fallout well, and kudos to him, it’s pretty disturbing that the club’s systems allow them to sell a season ticket seat in a way that isn’t “deliberate”.
