Anyone else having an issue accessing the ticket site? "Page not available" from multiple devices. I'm on hold with the ticket office, which for some reason now has an American accent!!!

Yes! I was logged in and had some tickets in the basket for FA Cup and then suddenly it crashed and said I was blocked. Haven't been able to get on since just says I'm blocked if I go to the ticket part of the website. Phoned my mate and he logged in straight away and got us the tickets with friends and family.
Tried calling but weird American automated voice and then all lines are busy.

I think if you say "American" these days, the word "weird" is superfluous.....

I got through on the phone in the end and they booked for me with no booking fee, they are experiencing intermittent issues with the ticket site apparently.

Never slag the club off, really don’t… BUT

The ticketing website is a non-intuitive mess.

An operation as ‘well run’ as the Albion should review the site.

That is exactly what happened to me, it still won't let me in 2 hours later, phone the TO.

I bought some tickets for the game, then realised I'd accidentally selected a different area to the one I'd meant to and bought them. Will now be enjoying the East Stand!

You should but you can’t. The MyAlbion + member needs to log in and buy their own ticket. Ridiculous.
