It's utterly, utterly crap. I have a membership with which I can do nothing online as I was never issued with a membership number and they seem incapable of resolving this, so I can only use the benefits if i trundle down there in person with my plastic card (which I lost last month, which wasn't helpful - I've found it again since). I'll probably give it up when it expires next.

It is not that great, but you eventually get the job done. The membership is still great value but yes I do wish the booking system was better. Got stuck in a loop trying to renew my membership eventually had to contact them direct to sort it out, I did get an extra two free tickets as compensation though and this year has been great for the cinema so far so I am happy(ish).

If you have the app you will have a barcode on your phone which should also work as a membership card

OMG, that's been a revelation, thank you! Can even add my membership number, and booking seems very straightforward. Shame the Duke's staff couldn't have told me this when I was trying to sort it out face to face!
To be honest it took me ages to figure that out, it wasn't made obvious. Anyway enjoy! Love the DoY and Dukes at komedia

While we're at it they need to sort themselves out at the Dukes and create a separate queue for tickets and drinks. I'd quite like to support them by buying a coffee at the kiosk but the queue is made up mostly of people who haven't pre booked (maybe because people like @Pevenseagull haven't mastered the app). Just use the cafe across the way now that used to be Moe's.

...eventually got my tickets for the big budget cover version of Moon tomorrow. The future ex Mrs Pevenseagull is happy 'cause it got one of the oh so many guys that she tells me are hot in it. I'm happy because I get to see someone else going through a living hell for a couple of hours. I might slip out near the end if any kind of redemption looks imminent.

Used to be a member but then found out it's owned by Cineworld and it was getting too expensive. Now a member at The Depot in Lewes. Much nicer experience and cheaper too.
