Expanded tour of Japan to cash in even further on MitomaMania. Unless of course the club is daft enough to sell him in order to service the bottom line

Please allow me to comment using your post. I cannot but feel that this is disturbing exploitation of the player by Tony Bloom, the club and their fans if what you think is the majority view. Mitoma is not Brighton's "property", nor is he a slave to the owner who might want to imprison him and squeeze the most juice out of him until he became physically tattered and financially unprofitable. (Hope TB is not like Levy or Giner.)
He is a well educated, mature, thoughtful individual, who, as most other Brighton players, has aspirations to be the best professional footballer as he can be, not much different from non-footballers under contract who hope to pursue their career advancements. The Japanese fans are not fools. Some can see what type of business Brighton are running, and are weary.

Hope you would maintain respect to Japan, the Japanese fans and the player, as well as to other non British players playing for Brighton and their respective countries.

I wouldn't worry mate, he will leave if a big offer comes in and he wants to go. If that Saudi offer had been from Barcelona, he'll have gone already.
This is how it is meant to be. We know our place in the natural pecking order, and our business model relies on that happening to a) stay profitable and b) encourage more Mitomas/Mac Allisters and Belebas to come to the club from distant shores.
I don't really understand why that poster doesn't see this. I mean we keep challenging for Europe and are 90 minutes from a third cup semi in 7 years. It's not exactly failing us.

Yes they are.

Japanese people are humans, humans are fools. Some people in here probably spend £5000 a year to watch some millionaires kick a football around -
and while that is fun and lovely, it is without a doubt completely idiotic and irrational behaviour.

Anyone following any aspect of Japanese fandom will know that there are millions of people willing to spend obscene money on complete bullshit.
And obviously, we want to be that complete bullshit.

We bought Mitoma to exploit (use) him. We didn't sign him to make him a favour, we signed him to get goals, money and fame, and we pay him handsomely for it.

I expect they won't risk Africa(risk to staff health and wellbeing) or Middle East (too hot).... or South America due to minimal commercial advantage.

I expect Japan/Korea/Hong Kong as favourites, then maybe Australasia just behind that as a possibility due to TB links.

Probably true, but they have just launched a dedicated Latin America Instagram account, following last year's dedicated Japanese Twitter account.

I'd rather he won titles with us though, couldn't care less what he does with another team.
