SHOREHAM BY SEA
Sun popped out this afternoon…so only right that I popped out for a trundle and the usual pit stop

Here's one from a walk along the tow path of Chichester Canal.

You have some talent with a camera. I'd love to see your work in the Wildlife Trust annual photo competition. If I ever manage to take a picture half as good as that I'd be happy for a week, quite fantastic. You can tell I liked that :)

What camera did you take that with please?

I love it!
I have a Sony A7rV.
But more importantly the lens is a Sony 300mm f2.8 which lets in lots of light and is very fast.
I built up a range of secondhand Canon kit over about 3 years which I sold to help buy the above kit.
I also have a 1.4x extender which increases the range of the 300mm lens to 420mm @ f4.
The lens I use most is the Sony 70-200mm f2.8 which is great for any sports action within about 50 metres.
Most of my learning has been by watching videos on YouTube where there is a fantastic library of resources that helps hobbyists like myself.

When I'm not watching the Albion or working overseas I try to get to local football/rugby/hockey/cricket around the Bognor area.
It's a hobby that helps me take my mind away from the troubles of the world and helps to de-stress me.
It also gets me out of the house, getting some exercise and off NSC.

This leopard pic I took in The Kruger National Park in January.
