About to throw in the towel with Swale Heating after several ‘issues’….any recs firstly for those companies that cover the whole CH system, plus boiler service (anyone used your repair.co.uk?)……and or a good engineer local to me in Shoreham who services boilers.

Not sure if they do formal annual contracts, I’d highly recommend Clark Stapleton. Recommended to me by someone in the construction. Their bills are always less than anticipated and efficient in tracing boiler faults.

Thanks….do you use them for say an annual boiler service?

Can't be certain they cover as far as Shoreham, but as seems to be the norm around here I'd recommend Pavilion Plumbing and Heating. Can't believe this has been up for half an hour and no one has beaten me to it.

They don’t always remember … around Aug/Sept a part time older engineer who just does servicing visits for that. A few days we receive their bill.

Used to be with British Gas but the prices kept going up so switched to Your Repair on a friend’s recommendation. Been with them the last 4 years.
Annual service included. £19 pm.

Thanks……I assume you are on a plan that covers more than just the CH system as they are currently quoting less than that…..mind me asking how you are finding them?

It’s for Boiler and Heating no call out fee, and includes an Annual Service. We had some problems a couple of years ago and lots of parts had to be changed.
You tend to get different people out each year to do a service as they use local tradesmen. Only had a problem with one which was quickly resolved with Your Repair, more of an attitude problem they mucked me about with dates. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Mrs BC and I have used KCC from Coldean for decades in 3 properties. We started with the dad and the company is now run by son who is an Albion ST holder. They do annual contracts.
