Good for him, he can take a few of our players with him if he wants.
And stephens too
He has an excellent record in the Championship so a great appointment for Bristol City.
He interesting to see his budget and whether he will be knocking on the door for a couple of our players. Potentially a good loan move for some of our youth teamers.
He may be interested in a couple of our players who did well for him, especially in The Championship, but what makes you think he'd be likely to play any of our youth players?

I don't know what Bristol's budget is but with finances being tight after Covid I can see loans being a big part of the summer window. The Albion already have a lot of youth out on loan and surely TH would be happy to loan players to the trusted CH who has a proven track record in the Championship.
100% and about time more respect was paid. Comparing that squad to what we’ve had the last 4 seasons is chalk and cheese. A midfield of Davy Propper and Dale Steven’s and regular fullback appearances from Montoya and Bong. I genuinely don’t think many other managers would have kept us up.Don't know if this is the right thread but it seemed to be the right thread title!
Watching Leicester last night and Southampton today made me reflect, again, on just what an extraordinary and important role Chris Hughton played for us.
Achieved three of the most difficult tasks in football. Dragging a (very) limited team out of a championship relegation battle. Getting a team, without parachute payments or immense spending, promoted from the championship. But most of all, keeping that team, with only modest reinforcements, up for the first two seasons in the Premier league.
We owe him SO much.
Also, he was lovely.
I was asked by a younger football fan yesterday what sort of manager Hughton was for us and said a lot of this.Don't know if this is the right thread but it seemed to be the right thread title!
