I’ve said this on another thread, but if the bottom 4 weren’t so awful Man United would be in a relegation battle. Also they have 12 games left after today and have to play 9 of the top 10.

McTominay was, with the benefit of hindsight, a key player for them. Really strange and shows how dysfunctional the club has become.

Good.

Feel a bit sorry for their players to be honest. They have a squad that looks like its natural position would be just above the relegation zone and below the mid-table clubs. And that's exactly where they are. Quite why there are so many media inquests into their defeats this season is beyond me. They haven't got the players to do much better than they are.

The Glazer’s have spent fortunes on players, contrary to Gary Neville etc propaganda. They’ve blown Bayern and Liverpool out of the water in trying to buy success. Must’ve been rubbish player analysis.

Onana £44m
Mazroui £17m Maguire £80m de Ligt £43m
Dalot £19m Ugarte £42m Casemiro £70m Dorgu £25m
Zirkzee £36.5m Fernandes £50m
Hojlund £72m

That is crazy money for a below mid table team. If that really is their level then the inquests need to be about their transfer policy.
