Surely Southampton fans are already looking forward to renewing their hostilities with Portsmouth in the Solent Derby/ El Crapico.
Both sides win today by virtue of not being Portsmouth.
At the Saints v B'mouth game last Saturday, the home fans were singing, "One local derby, there's only one local derby".

Southampton fans are clearly struggling to acknowledge the recent success of their neighbours.

They've got nothing to lose and are at home - which may work in our favour as they be less likely to put in a defensive-only display. Can we break down a team we ought to be able to break down? Here is the chance to see.

Here’s the thing, we don’t really dominate games any more. In a weird way, this may work in our favour. They’ll have seen how we play and thought parking the bus is unnecessary.

The most curious thing..
We have a better chance of beating a combined Liverpool/Real Madrid XI than beating Southampton.
