I advised him to tag along with me to save any problems. I asked how long had he been in the U.K. thinking that he might be a student or on a long holiday. Nope! He told me he flew from Tokyo and arrived that morning, was staying in Brighton overnight and returning to Japan the following morning. Now THAT my friends is one dedicated fan. :bowdown:

Managed to miss this on the 21st but yes, very emotional. When it started I was expecting him to say that he'd been a Brighton fan since 2017 or some other recent, but re-Mitoma date. Instead he's been a fan since 1973! He's been on pretty much the same journey as a lot of us here.

Fantastic stuff.
