“I’ll always try my hardest to keep this community alive - it continues to help so many people get through life.”

Well said Bozza! That one sentence says it all. I am so grateful to you and the other mods for keeping this site alive.

It has helped me cope with so much… Caring for an elderly parent, managing mental health, valuing myself and my family, making the most of retirement and dealing with Albion losses!

Brighton factually.....
Seconded.

It is like a second private family.
where we can share troubles and strife's and put the world to rights.
We can bicker and moan, we can laugh and cry here.
Be informed and educated and learn things we never knew before.
Help each other through troublesome times be it personal or world affairs, like today and covid.

what brings us together is our love of the Albion.

Thank you.

I am proud to be the lickiest of lickers in NSC Licker Land. It helped me during low times. Even if it was discussing defunct bus routes from the Southdown timetable in 1974. I've had some excellent exchanges on and off forum with a lot of good folk. I don't use Facebook, Twitter etc as I believe they are not good places (although others navigate this well). NSC I will always keep.

I don't want to think about a world in which we can't come here to discuss, amongst other topics: mental health, whether a honey badger is harder than a mantis shrimp, attempts at sobriety, music, film, gardening, photography and, very occasionally, Brighton and Hove Albion
