They also didn’t manage a shot on target. As good as we were last night, a team with aspirations of a top 4 finish should absolutely manage a shot on target.
And that would be the case against any opposition. Still nothing disrespectful in Maresca saying they were awful, he’s right.

Likewise, losing 7-0 to Forest was our worst performance of the season hands down, there’s no disrespect to Forest in saying that, it’s just a fact.

They only managed 1 in the cup match. Just 1 shot on target across 2 games against us.

Ignoring the Forest debacle:

* Man Utd away: 1 shot on target conceded
* Everton at home: 1 shot on target conceded
* Chelsea at home in the cup: 1 shot on target conceded
* Chelsea at home in the league: zero shots on target conceded

Two of the above were penalties.

We also conceded only 1 shot on target away at Norwich - but 3 away at Ipswich.

Unless I missed something, he didn't have a positive word so say about us unlike Pep, Klopp and others. That together with what he said in the interview and before about Fab to me was the disrespect. No class.
