I couldn’t get tickets for Southampton so was thinking of buying in their home end as plenty available. Anyone else going to enjoy the game in the home end? Do they have a neutral part of the stadium as I feel a bit guilty as we often see way supporters in the home end at the Amex so what’s your thoughts?

There isn’t a neutral zone. Avoid the Northam end. There doing good deals on hospitality at the moment as attendances are down.

Think they got 31k for their last home game against Bournemouth which is not far from a sell out.

I suspect there will be a few BHA fans in the home end there was last season and the season before.

Considering they are all but relegated baring a miracle turnaround, I think their fans have been pretty good with their support to be fair.

Just say you’re a Pompey fan and all will be good.

I went yesterday to their game against Bournemouth. Their 31K was a PBOBE 31K, there were loads of empty seats.
I've got tickets in the home section for our game on Saturday. As long as you behave as a neutral it's not a problem.
If anyone starts up a conversation I just say I'm a non-league fan on a day out.

Yep, no colours - and trying to stay calm
When things get going……..it’s why I’m a bit hesitant……might just have to enjoy it on MOTD. Thanks for responding.

I managed to get an away ticket, but know a couple of Hampshire based Albion fans in the home end. The old SO post code can be useful 👍🙂

Prettendance.

Huge gaps all over the stadium even at 0-0.

I’m going too. In the Kingsland stand in the corner
£30
Loads available.

Did same before a couple years back, just need to be able to keep quiet. Trossard had an injury that afternoon and I had to bite lip to not turn around to people sat behind me shouting at him to get up, when going off on a stretcher.

That reminds me of when I went to Villa Park for our FA Cup tie in 2010. Tickets were on sale for £10. I phoned up the Aston Villa ticket office on the Saturday morning of the match asking to purchase a ticket. I spun a story about returning from Australia and being a lifelong Villa fan. Where do you live and what’s your postcode I was asked. SO ——— I answered. That’s fine came the reply, collect your ticket at the mobile office at the Holte End. Job done, two hour drive to Birmingham, parked up and sat in the home section right next to the Albion fans in the Doug Ellis stand. I must admit it was a bit difficult sitting on my hands when our two goals went in! :ascarf:

Be respectful.

Hopefully, sit on your hands, don't celebrate and have a great time

In fairness it’s a Premier League 31k isn’t it? I thought all clubs had to report attendances as tickets sold.
