I wasn't around in those days but everything I've seen and read about football in that era suggests you could punch the goalie into his own goal and hit each other with shovels and not even give a free kick away.

On top of those, both of them are defenders so were extra likely to get stuck in.

Jennings has a face that says he has headed more than his fair share of shovels. Tennant looks quite put together still but is nicknamed Tank.

It's a tough choice.
