Well, that’s technically correct I guess as only the 1 & 2 are between those dates, but an odd way to describe it

Ties in the fifth round will be staged across the weekend of Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March, with the full schedule and broadcast details to be confirmed in due course following discussions with clubs, broadcast partners and local authorities.
Fairly sure there will be a Friday and Monday game after the TV companies make their picks.

Not so sure - FA website confirms Sat and Sun, and I heard this mentioned on the radio at least 4-5 times today as they were having a discussion about how ties were extended this week. Also confirmed when the new deal was announced. What makes you sure ?

Whitworth has played well for Exeter almost deserves its own thread.

Only missed one away game this season. Sunday early afternoon kick off simply doesn't work for me.
Trains aren't great, would basically mean the whole day travelling with the exception of ninety minutes of football.
I'm sure I'll regret it but I'm giving it a miss.

£78 on their website….imagine it’d be around 9 hours or so
Although they are not running one to Newcastle, the Supporters Club coaches appear to be 25% cheaper. Two adults and two under 16s to Newcastle is over £300 with Seagulls Travel. Astonishing.

Any guess at the away figure? If it’s over 800 then I’ll be surprised - considering it’s almost impossible to get there by train from the south coast, and supporters coaches seem expensively priced

£16 for us oldies isn’t bad. It was £26 for the league match. That helps to mitigate the increase in the rail fare. I paid £83 return in the autumn but it’s £107 this time round (going Friday, coming back Monday).
