He's a promising young player, but we're not in Mbappe / Bellingham territory here.

If we're interested, we have a chance of landing the signing

Well we don't know if he is yet, he's not proved himself, just had a few promising performances in the PL and looked good in Denmark.

We could be the Dortmund or Monaco that shows him off and attracts the big money.

Or he goes straight to a big 6 club which to be honest seems more likely.

I expect that if he were to come to us, we'd have had to do our usual tricks of starting conversations with him and his representatives months ago to get a head start. I'd be surprised if we win a bidding war if we join the party late in the day. Never say never though

Getting recently departed players to train with him and butter him up - that sort of thing?

Roony's bromance with former Albion 'keeper Toby Bull continues - Bardghji congratulated him this week on social media for his penalty save in Eastbourne Town's play-off win over Hassocks.

I know he has had a horrific injury and how well he comes back from that is a real question mark, and I know that I'm being massively swayed by his undroppable status in my Football Manager save where we went on to win the Champions League twice in a row but...

THIS WOULD POTENTIALLY BE THE MOST EXCITING SIGNING THE CLUB HAS EVER PULLED OFF.

Does our algorithm now only come up with Scandinavians whose name vaguely sound like foodstuffs? Is it faulty or is Sven Spaghetti on his way from Malmo?
He’s injured too so this one scores off the chart!

Hopefully when he’s fit again and we do sign him, he’ll be able to put a few into the back of the onion bag.
