[Albion] Is it possible to remove my details off someone's account?

Afternoon all, I was wondering whether it's possible to block someone from using my fan ID to buy tickets? I had someone make a scummy move recently which I'd like to sort out. Cheers.

I can remove him on my end but I don't believe that stops him from using my details.
I think that should be enough to stop them being able to use it. Both people have to approve adding to the F&F list, so I assume you would be removing that approval from your side.

Probably still worth contacting the club though.

Did they buy you a ticket for the Forest game?

I had the impression around the same time as the crackdown on away fans sharing tickets, the club had begun emailing you if your fan number was used to purchase tickets as some had been doing this without knowledge of the tickets being bought. I certainly now get an email with the following paragraph every time one of our travelling group purchases tickets so we can stand together.

Always assumed if I removed them from F&F list they would no longer be able to do this, or, at the very least, I'd receive an email sent to the address they have registered against my fan id if a "workaround" had been found.

I don’t think there’s any “approval” apart from knowing the fan number, surname and postcode of who you want to add.

The approval is both sides doing the same thing.
Pretty sure only the person adding someone to their friends and family has to “do” anything.

They just need to know the details.

I added my kids recently like that.

Oh, weird. I guess they've changed how it works.

To test this, I've logged onto mine and my son's accounts which I administer.

- I've added them as Friends and family in the past.
- I show up as a friend and family in their accounts. In neither case have they accepted me or requested it back the other way

Presumably, the link will desist if you remove the person from friends and family.
