I thought we were very good tonight, Hinshelwood was magnificent as was his midfield partner Baleba. Lamptey was dragged out of position a few times but other than that he defended admirably. It’s funny how competent our centre backs can look when there’s protection from the midfield, Minteh doing some great defensive work.
Georginio is a superstar ⭐

The energy the team showed tonight was superb…thoroughly deserved the win…and it was lovely to see/ hear the Chelsea ‘fans’ getting a tad annoyed with their team

I don't miss many games at the Amex but I can add this one to my impressive list -

Chelsea (cup 2-1 win)
Chelsea (league 4-1 win)
Spurs (league 3-2 win)
Man City (league 3-2 win)
Liverpool (cup 2-1 win)
Liverpool (league 2-2 draw)
Man United (league 4-0 win)
Any chance you can take a sabbatical for, say, a couple of years? For the common good you understand.

What was Cockarella doing after Mitoma scored, was too busy going mad to notice and they didn't show ot fully on tv having just watched the recording. He picked up the ball and was running off somewhere

Yes - This season alone Ive managed to miss the Spurs (league 3-2 win), and todays Chelsea (cup 2-1 win).
Over the years Ive missed very few home games, but those I have include:
Norwich (league 5-0 win)
Spurs (league 3-0 win)
Man Utd (league 1-0 win - the one with the last minute penalty)
Forest (league 3-0 win)

In the Hyppia / Hughton season, 10 years ago, after not seeing a win for months, I went on holiday to Sri Lanka, and Hughton's team suddenly beat Birmingham, Leeds and Derby in about three weeks. Then I came back and we didnt win another home game until the end of the season.
