No, not a random deadline day signing

A must watch if you are a Dylan fan and worth a watch if you’re not!

Covers his early years.

Opinions from others who’ve seen it?

It's very good. I recommend it. Chalomet is very convincing as a young Dylan and Edward Norton superb as Pete Seeger. Obvious liberties have been taken with the official timeline for dramatic effect, but it is a very entertaining film that I think captures the period perfectly.

Agree with this - also the Joan Baez character was a tad irritating but that may have been accurate...

It's a good biopic of his better days.
His better days went on for more than a decade after the end of this film! Highway 61, Blonde on Blonde. Desire, Nashville Skyline and Blood On The Tracks being just a few albums that I would consider better than his early stuff

For the Bob nerdsters, this is often my favourite. Live in the studio & transports you there... 🪄

Worthing
Just got back from the cinema and I reckon Bob Dylan steals it. That’s ambiguous enough innit

Excellent film. Timothy Chalomet is outstanding playing Dylan as if he could sing but with Bob's stylings and mannerisms. And he learnt to play guitar Bob style for authenticity. Thoroughly engrossing movie.
