Wouldn’t be surprised if they offer us something most people don’t want in exchange for more money. The club is so heroically bad at judging the mood and fixated on raking in money.

Fiver off a shirt or a quid off a drink at the Chelsea cup game.

The long-term PR flex would be to at least subsidise all coach travel to games up north. Drop in the ocean and a great bullet point for Talksport interviews/season ticket letters/marketing emails.

To be honest the cost of me and the two Sons going was about £400 but we had a great time together and these things happen. We’re not threatened by relegation and we all know this comes with supporting any club, especially Brighton

How many went? If it's 3000 then it would be 3000 x £30 = £90000
Good PR would be to give that back in some sort of 'credit' at the Chelsea Cup game (and add to the gate maybe)
Amex and BHA offer a £2 deduction on the price of any hot food item.

Rumour has it the club does have a sense of humour and those STH who went yesterday will find on their seats for the Chelsea PL game a garment saying “I saw us lose 7-0 and I all I got was this T-Shirt’
Probably oversized like the shirts given out at Newcastle away last season

never understand the refund thing. When we beat Wolves 6-0 did anyone suggest we pay more? its not pay per goal!
bad day- get over it
Agree, I was there yesterday, thoroughly pissed off but I'm not expecting a refund or discount or similar. If that was the case, the club owe me a hell of a lot of money for the dross that was served up during the bad times when we finished 91st in the league two years running! Guessing those now suggesting a refund weren't around in those days!!

We have a lot of new fans who have only ever seen us play in the PL. Not the same club as 10 years ago and not the same type of fans.
Yes, there were some teenagers who spent most of the game goading the home fans just across the seat covers. Think they were facing them more than the pitch, especially with 6 of them sharing 3 seats (though I suspect some had seats elsewhere).

No. Saw my first game in about 1974.

Christ on a bike: if I had a refund for every terrible Albion performance I've seen since 1986, I'd have stuck them all in a savings account and be living in the Cayman Islands by now.

Poor performance combined with Forest playing with purpose. £200 down the khazi but it would have been the same if we had won. Saw us concede 7 (seven) at Huddersfield and turned up the next week, will be the same for Chelsea.
It's only £200 because you screwed up and accidentally booked the train ticket twice
