Just read in the paper that Chris Wood’s hat trick yesterday was the first at the city ground since Nigel Clough in 1987.

Prompted the question who was the last person to score a hat trick for us?

We could think of a few from way back (Emblem, Zamora, Jake Robinson) there must have been one since then? Have we seen one at the Amex?

Memory a bit hazy, but think Andy Ritchie got one against us in a 6-1 away defeat at Oldham, 1990

Wasn’t the stat that it was the first top flight hat trick at the City Ground since Nigel Clough?
