He didn’t look like a player who had been out for months with an injury yesterday….. there were some niggles for sure, but there has been a fallout.

The commentator was saying he looked in great shape yesterday, so I assume he's been at the gym/doing personal training away from the group over his month out injured?! Now, he's going to feel like he's got a lot to prove at West Ham. I think the club could end up looking pretty stupid - hopefully that will be the nail in the coffin of the 'best run club' media narrative which Barber has been feeding off for the past few years - think the board need a rocket up their arse.

I believe the Board are wanting to be seen as supporting the Manager and have thus allowed a few players to leave That FH doesn’t fancy.
I also believe that these players are allowed to leave on loan only deals because the Board don’t have complete confidence in what FH is doing right now.
The decisions may seem odd but I think we have protected our backs.
Nice theory. I hope it's right!

The crazy thing is Fab is falling out with all our young talents our attraction as a club to these young players from around the world is a pathway to first team football.
Don’t get it.
This is important.
Let’s do a bit of reading between the lines and guess that Fab hasn’t handled Enciso and Ferguson, which seems fair. And that he’s dropped Minteh, Ayari and Baleba for disciplinary reasons.
Bit of worst case scenario but also quite likely.
How does that look? How do we have five (5!!!!) of our best young players playing up?
That’s seems almost beyond ineptitude.

Thank goodness it’s only a loan.
At the end of the season we can have him back when we sack the clueless one.

Interesting that our previous stance to organise a loan with a sell option has not come to fruition. Hopefully DW, TB, PB are losing patience with FH.
I agree. Clearly something has gones wrong since we beat Man Utd two weeks ago. Gone from high to lw as Dunk has admitted.

Feel this loan is to get EF some game time and out of the way of FAB as FAB doesnt want him. Wouldn't be surprised if the attempt to offload EF has been the cause of some of the rumoured disruption in the dressing room. Seem to recall some weeks ago it was rumoured Welbeck thought EF was being treated harshly.

Oh dear! He won’t want to come back. Positive move for him.GP embraces young talent and will improve him for sure. This player should be a big part of our future. What’s going on?

He is fit. There has been a fallout with the manager which is why he wants to get away. Thought this was fairly common knowledge on here?
Every possible opinion has been common knowledge on here
Including the expectation of after-timing, whatever the outcome.

If there has been a fallout, I presume it wasn't nuclear, or Ferguson wouldn't have featured yesterday.

It’s a loan only no buy option. Sounds to me like he wants primarily more game time. Odd that the story was broken & confirmed by David Ornstein not by Naylor who is Brightons chief reporter for the Athletic. Naylor simply retweeted Ornstein’s tweet about 15 mins later after a couple of BHA fans had already tweeted it & copied in Naylor.

Ask around. It’s been mentioned on here a fair bit over the last week. Manager is losing the players.
Why did Dunk say yesterday we let the manager down? Seems odd to say that about someone you’ve fallen out with

Sack the board?

Gosh, it's late 90s nostalgia time all over again.
I'll be getting déjà vu in a minute.

I’m fine with a loan, I just didn’t want to sell him. It’s clear that in Danny’s absence FH will just move either Pedro or Rutter forward into the number nine role for this season.

I hope Ferguson gets lots of game time, rediscovers his form, and comes back to us ready to be a big part of next season. Wishing him a successful time on loan, and looking forward to welcoming him back next season.

That's where I'm at. A loan at this point seems sensible.
