So if we win 7-0 would you expect to be charged an extra fiver after the event because the excitement exceeded your expectations?
There are some funny sorts who post on here.
Anyway, I'm writing to Starmer to give me my vote back because I haven't become incredibly rich.
Like he promised. He did promise me that. I have an excellent thingumy. That thing. In my head.
AND I now have a bad knee and back.
It's f***ing disgrace.

In the last 20 years I’ve seen us lose 6-0 at West Ham and also seen us lose 7-1 away at Huddersfield on my birthday, and also had the unfortune of being there today also. Never asked for a refund from a game, never will. It’s why we love football and hate it so much.
Sorry, but even though fewer goals the 5-0 against Palace still hurts more

It was comfortably bad enough today to justify the club/players putting their hands in their pockets, going by the precedent set by other clubs In the past after their horrorshows.
That said, Brighton fans generally have been spoilt over recent years, so they shouldn’t do it imo.

I don’t care either way, but given the enormous gulf in earnings, if the players did so it would be nice gesture. I’d never expect them to though, that’s not how football works!

If I were Tony Bloom, next time he has £200m to spend, he should do a poll of players we can buy and also players where it's highly unlikely they'd sign (just for the craic) so that NSC decide because NSC knows best. FH could also do the same for picking the team for each match and also the tactics/formation.

Top 6 would then be a piece of piss ✔️

I went, and have just got back home. I've had a long drive to reconcile myself to being beaten 7-0. It was pretty painful to experience it but in all honesty, I've decided to regard it as quite a funny experience. I've been watching live football since 1967 and I don't think I've ever seen a 7-0 before. I certainly don't want a refund. I feel weirdly privileged to have witnessed something so unusual.

I didn’t go today. But those who did should get their ticket cost refunded in my opinion. Shocking display in every sense .
Only shocking in terms of score line, then yes, but for everything else ? was it really?

A shocking display to me is not trying.. It is struggling to contain the opposition and hanging on for dear life and being massively outplayed in all departments , etc.. however the stats show we were ahead in a hell of a lot of areas today, despite the scoreline and so doesn't back up the narrative that we were shocking imo.

Forest had 14 shots, of which 9 shots were on target, and scored with 7 of them (expected xG of 3.23) - A bit of a freak occurrence
We had 10 shots (5 on target) but failed to score (expected xG of 0.8). Check out all of the rest of the stats breakdowns here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/live/c62qln7ny5wt#MatchStats

These results can happen in football, they always have and they always will. Calling for a refund is just ludicrous and just smacks of entitlement, which seems to be creeping more and more into our fan base imo. The fans deserve..., we demand... we should be X because of ..... , and it's starting to sound more and more like the detestable fans associated with "big 6 clubs" whenever a result didn't go their way

(I went today, and i'm another one who doesn't feel that there is any need to refund those who were there today either)

Am I right in thinking this has only ever been a thing since Spurs did it for that Newcastle game the day we were at Wembley?

They’ve got a lot to answer for.
