He's my cousin, and we often go to games together inc. Rome. He is a great lad and he'll be chuffed to bits as well as humbled. I'll point him in the direction of this thread.

Thanks and I did mention to him via email that I sent Paul barber an email , as I say Paul barber got back to me and said he will copy jenny in the lad is a credit to the club , if every employer had some one like him working for them they would be in a great position, he obviously takes great pride in his job the lad needs to be promoted tho

What a great thread this is.

I personally always take the time to give positive feedback and reviews when I get excellent service from individuals and/or companies. Sadly, a lot of people only make the real effort when they want to complain about poor goods or services. By doing positive reviews you're also helping your fellow consumers.

The issue started in September and reached to boiling point on Saturday he / they could have said unlucky pal wait till March then next season then I would of thought Mrs h would of been swinging punches (and no it’s nothing to do with bad neighbours) , but no they saw my issues and happy to resolve it we tried everything and so did they .

My experiences of supporter services at BHAFC has always been excellent. Which is in stark contrast to the experience of customer services from the rest of the business world I've put up with recently
I'll do the exception to the rule - Timpsons (the key cutters, watch straps, batteries etc), I have never had anything other than exceptional service from them.

And everytime i've dealt with supporter services at the Albion (and on rare occasions PBOBE :wink:)

If you are on here or any family members of this employee are , can I just say this bloke is an absolute superstar he sorted my problem after many months of emails back and forth , and tried his upmost to sort out the issue, and today we got a resolution,time patience and understanding, what an employee
Just to add that Joel has sorted me out previously too. Total star.

Great thread, credit where it’s due is often lacking, isn’t it? Clearly well-deserved praise for Joel Newman, good on him. Personally I’ve only dealt with his colleagues once, but they were excellent.

Have also had a couple of issues that he has helped me with and couldn’t agree more, a real credit to the club. I would like to add as well last week I had a situation in the club shop where the staff in duty went above and beyond, to the degree I felt implored to email the club to really pass on my thanks and give praise to them. Its very reassuring to deal with people who really care all through the club.
