If you are on here or any family members of this employee are , can I just say this bloke is an absolute superstar he sorted my problem after many months of emails back and forth , and tried his upmost to sort out the issue, and today we got a resolution,time patience and understanding, what an employee

Every time I call Supporter Services I seem to speak with him, he's very helpful indeed and always resolves my queries without fuss. Good bloke.

I would also add I find all of the people I speak to in Supporter Services and 1901 really helpful…..

Whilst I rarely call, the majority of simple ticket issues are dealt with efficiently and pretty promptly online.

With a first name like that you’d expect him to crumple to the ground if you spoke to him…..

Seriously, nice touch Hangleton Gull, to call out someone for good service. I Always find supporters services extremely helpful, patient and supportive when they deal with me, doddery old codger that I am.

Thing is if someone truly goes the extra mile and to be fair we have shared emails once/twice a week since august I would of just blocked me

If the powers that be ever read NSC. may I propose he’s given a big pat on the back and given a nice little reward.

He's my cousin, and we often go to games together inc. Rome. He is a great lad and he'll be chuffed to bits as well as humbled. I'll point him in the direction of this thread.
