I don't think I'd describe that prospect as "on".
It is probably less likely now, than it was at the beginning of the season.

The reason it's 7:00 is that Man Utd requested it, in a way.Just spotted the Fulham vs Man U game on later, WTF sort of a kick off time is 7pm on a Sunday
The game was booked for TNT who have slots at 12:30 Saturday or 12:30 Sunday for live TV broadcast. Man Utd refused the two slots after playing Thursday (at home). Sky have the two afternoon Sunday slots so TNT moved the game to 7:00. 'The fans come first' ha ha!.
