The number of ‘muscle’ injuries our boys pick up is incredible!
Hope they can be ready in time for pre-season given our record with such things

The consequence of overplaying him I suspect. Should have given more minutes to Lamptey in recent games in my view.

He was poor last week - easily our weakest player in an otherwise good performance throughout. Based on that, Lamptey was definitely the better option, even if FH’s hand was forced.
Must have been watching a different game to me!
Lamptey’s a poor defender. But great in attack.

Exactly that, there was no natural balance on the left with Lamptey continually cutting back inside which halted any momentum.
And all bar one of Lamptey’s crosses were floated aimlessly in the box and cleared.

At least he tried to get balls into the box which was more than anybody else
I thought there were plenty of crosses but with no target man there was little point. When Webster went upfront he had nothing to attack

Every cross was GOING to be cleared. It was so f***ing obvious. We had to go central and run at them. Penalty, free kick or blatant luck was all that was going to beat them.
