Although I'm going I'm fairly despondent about this one: I don't want to be in a three-quarters empty ground with just the baying noise of half-evolved-London-knuckles dragging on the ground for company. Can everyone at least pick a bit of the ground to be in - preferably near me in the West Stand - and at least fill that up.
I dislike home cup games I'd much rather be away, atmosphere is generally crap and there are so many people around who you've never normal sat/stood with. Looking at the amount of empty seats around me in the NS I feel a little sad and starting to think why have I bothered, there is certainly going to be zero help from the stands for the players.

I don't wish to be rude but I really don't understand why you bother. It's obvious that anyone can make a difference by a) attending, and b) joining in the songs and chants. Apathy is the real enemy of football clubs...

That's the spirit!

My rough maths says there's over 11,000 tickets up for grabs so I'm imaging that a lot of casual fans and football tourists will be able to bag a ticket.

Indeed. This is a good test of ongoing demand for tickets outside of season ticket holders.

I got as far as putting our ST seats in my basket but then decided to save the £50+ this time.
I’m usually really up for cup games but just can’t get my mojo in gear for this one.
Maybe nearer the time I may have a change of heart and see what tickets are left. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Presumably Chelsea won't be selling out their allocation to this. No way 4,500 people who live in London are going to come to a game that they won't be able to get home from.

as of 8.30am this morning, just over 13,000 home tickets available by my reckoning….

Kickoff 5pm or earlier, 10/15 loyalty points (we’re playing them again 6 days later ffs & with an even less attractive kickoff!) and properly attractive ticket pricing, a max of £15 adults and £10 kids…… any two from three of those points then I’d probably be going.

Blimey yesterday was worse than I thought …2000 tickets handed back to the club 🤔

I’ve relented and bought a ticket. I’m thinking of moving my ST from East to West next season and realised this was a good opportunity to check out life on the Other Side.

I've bought our tickets but for the north stand this time. I'm not sure I would have done if waited till after yesterday's game.
