Utd need the money so letting away fans into the home ends won't bother them. Didn't I see on the new yesterday that they wer making 400 employees redundant in a bid to save money. I immediately thought just get rid off their overpaid expensive flop players but it doesn't affect them

When Schalke played them there were vast numbers in the home end, well Turkish club playing in the Rhur, it was not unexpected. What impressed me was they tunnelled under a fence in freezing temperatures through a thick layer of frozen ground.

BBC says Rangers got 3500 tickets. Remembering our stint in the UEL a group of 200 tickets are made avaialbe elsewhere in the ground for the away clubs F&F. Maybe that group were them. But how did they stay quiet for 88 minutes? Stewards separating them from Rangers fans.
TalkSport Thursday night had a caller moaning about a group elsewhere in the stadium who the stewards refused to evict.

as the poll on here last time i looked was about 50/50 fans coming to Chelsea cup tie I think there could end up lots of away fans in the home sections. I know there was mention of more hated Chelsea or Palace a while ago so I wonder if there will be trouble at this match. Some clubs have a 'neutral' section and arguably the 1901 is that, just i was thinking more mainstream should we consider that for a small section at the Amex? It might stop all these away fans getting in the home parts.

I am taking a neighbour to the Chelsea League game. Long time Chelsea fan who has offered me tix in the Chelsea end for a couple of games against the Albion which I have turned down as I always feel uncomfortable in the away end. I fully expect him to be respectful as he is not your average billy big bollocks Chelsea fan. He thought GP was harshly treated and not given enough time and is impressed with Cucurella and Caicedo but is struggling to understand why they are sticking with Sanchez.

there are quite a few in there i think in these circumstances the policing/stewarding is usually contain them. Anyone remember Millwall that the Goldstone in the cup 1st leg think it mustve been and the police basically put a line between the fans as there were 100s of them in there too try and remove them would've caused a full scale riot. From what I recall the 2nd leg was something like that we were penned in a corner and Millwall fans having lost were ripping up seats setting fire to the place and basically on the rampage in their own neck of the woods. Police escort back to station much appreciated despite attempts to lob us with apples and whatnot from think a market stall on the way there.
