I’m going to get pelters for this, but oh well.

I think Premier League football represents excellent value for money, especially our prices compared to the likes of Arsenal.

Theatre is my other love, another expensive hobby, and you’re hard pressed to get a reasonable seat for entertainment of an equivalent length and like-for-like in terms of quality. Plus travel on top for the West End.

£700 / 19 matches is around £36.80 per game, travel included.

Seeing a West End show 19 times a year at an average ticket price of £70 (but good seats can easily run to £150) would cost around £1,330, plus travel from Brighton at around £30 return (£570) for a total of £1,900.

I realise football was the “working man’s game”, but those days are long gone.

I’m happy with those prices - just don’t tell Barber.
There are some genuine bargains on the web for central London Theatre next month. Third row from the front for Faulty Towers, £20 inc booking fee.

No option for plastic season ticket cards. Are the club refusing to permit this next season? I know plenty of people that do not have smart phones and before you reply saying its easy peasy etc please understand not everyone wants one or can handle one etc. Im just wondering if anyone else has come across this.. I think the club have in the past granted these plastic cards but you have a fee for this upon request

I think you will be contacted and asked if you still need a plastic ST. It’s not something they want or advertise, but acknowledge some fans still need one. Best to ask Supporter Services rather than cause alarm on here.

No intent to cause alarm just see if anyone else has overcome this. Apology to anyone may be alarmed

No need. The 90 year old supporters share burner phones.

Thank you said page unavailable, that leaves question though renewals have to be by 10 March so how can you renew plastic card if this cant be done until after this deadline on the 1st June?

I'd ask the club @mile oak - they are very helpful . My Dad had a physical ticket for a while - he's in his 80s - and they went out of their way to make that a smooth experience.
I'd stop asking hypotheticals on NSC and get the reassurance direct from them . They genuinely want to help fans if they can in my experience.

PS If you're ok to click on the PDF for 25/26 and can find your way around the terms page on the tickets site - then i'm perplexed at all the Qs on this thread ? . Chat to the club .

Rang supporter services and for £20 can have plastic as last year. Why can`t we just use this seasons ?
it obviously makes the club money as Im sure the old one could be made to work again the following season providing he holder renews. I dont like and find it wrong charging fans more for plastic cards just because they dont have smart phones or neurodiversity or whatever other reasons prevents mobile tickets but that said I appreciate having the plastic card and whilst I disagree with charging the £20 its a choice im prepared to make so im more appreciative on balance than moaning because its their club and effectively they can do what they like so thanks club for allowing plastic cards as i know im not alone in needing the alternative,

Not a problem and good luck and I do recommend talking to the club direct to solve issues rather than just on NSC (although you get lots of help there too) but this type of context and nuance is often absent. As i said they've demonstrated to me (and others who've shared their stories on here) that they will help users with all manner of ticketing problems due to health, age and personal circumstances.

Excellent, you’ve found something new to moan about.
