Is the ferry and driving down cheaper than flying and renting? I fully admit there’s a hundred options which is why I didn’t mention it at the time, but just thought it was interesting when we’re apparently front runners for this lad.

Suspect the big difference is now that a few years ago - when agent got the call "brighton are interested" the response was - well we will see if any better offers turn up for a few weeks

Not that we've been linked with him since the season before last, but Rensch has just moved to Roma for a measly £4.2m. Ajax opted to cash in rather than let him leave on a free in the summer. Could have done a job.
