Their song “the sun always shines on TV”..

When I was a nipper the TV used to be almost unwatchable when the sun shone through the window, you’d just see a reflection of us all sat on the couch.

I genuinely believed this song was a lament to this annoying phenomena.

Not a band but Gregorian chant is, if not exactly a guilty pleasure, probably a minority one. I find it extremely relaxing and it helps me concentrate.
