I can't even buy a ticket for myself at the mo. Get my ticket but then it keeps chucking me out?

Bought my ticket this morning. I did however get a this ticket has already been downloaded error message when I attempted to download the ticket to my apple wallet.

The club are aware of this error and the link should work closer to the game just in case anyone else gets the same message.

Thanks to customer services for putting my mind to rest on this one

Guessing late kick off and playing them twice in a week will put a few off?!

Whilst I want to do something nice… my kindness stops at the point it potentially f’s up my ticket 😅

I'm the same as you.
For the Liverpool cup game (bigger than Chelsea?) I purchased 4 tickets on the day of the guest ticket sales and will do the same for this game. But as mentioned, I did monitor sales.

I got exactly this. But if you log into the website on your phone and go to your personal profile and click on Tickets you can download it from there and it works fine

AFAIK the only way to avoid this and buy them all in one go is to call supporter services and book over the phone, provided you have the others' details on hand

logged in to buy tickets but its showing as "sold out"!- assuming this is a glitch so will wait and try again later
