The simplest options are either one of the hobgoblins or hubs.
There's a hobgoblin in shibuya, Akasaka and roppongi.
There's a hub pretty much everywhere.
Both are 'British ' pubs. The hobgoblin a bit more so and a bit more expensive but within u.k prices I think. The hub is a chain 'british' pub so isn't very british at all.
Both will have a mix of ex pats/tourists and locals.
You could also try one of the footniks. The one in ebisu definitely shows football. I don't go to the one in Osaki but I'd presume they show football.
I'd recommend the footnik in ebisu first, then a hobgoblin and then a hub.

Thank you! Really appreciate it. We landed 7am Tokyo time so going to try and push on until 11pm if we can. Pretty knackered though!

That's a long day after a long flight, good luck!
Where are you staying? If you're in a relatively major area there will almost definitely be. Hub so it might be worth getting a quick couple of hours sleep and then heading off there for kick off. The power Of Mitoma should get the game shown. As should the fact it's Man utd.
