Just been on the phone to them trying to sort out their mess of a website. We crossed yesterday and are in Norwich now. It’s a frustrating experience. I think I’ll open an account and stick a few quid in there to save all this hassle every time I cross (not often but I’ll be back for the Ipswich game).
You don’t need to put anything in it. Just register for an account, add a card and it’ll get automatically debited when you cross. I did this after I forgot and got fined  :lolol:

Always has been hasn't it?
Indeed it has. It was the Seven Bridge that was free to leave Wales back in the day.

Good to know, thanks.
The Dartford Crossing = yet more political lies. Once the costs of building it were recovered it was supposed to be 'free' to use (paid out of road tax like any other road infra). I believe those costs were recovered over 10 years ago.

Similar to Wembley Stadium rebuild costs and holding FAC SFs etc there only until costs recovered.
That't not strictly true, because the fee is a 'congestion charge' (I wrote an article about it many moons ago, because I was of the same opinion as you).

Quick reminder to those who drove to Ipswich. One way only as the return was after 10pm and free.

Yeah I could have done with that reminder before the game, not after, as I paid for both ways in advance :dunce:

Another reason to hope Ipswich stay up, then I can use the remaining fiver in my account next season
